Nachdem ich mich entschlossen hatte, mir ein neues Cover für mein HTC Tattoo zu bestellen, da das Original inzwischen arg verkratzt ist, bekam ich folgende Bestätigungsemail, die mir beinahe Tränen in die Augen trieb:

When will my order ship?
Your order will be sent to our warehouse and shipped in 2 to 5 business days. Business means Monday through Friday and excludes most regular international holidays just in case you didn’t know. Now you do. FYI: custom covers or other products do not require any additional processing time. We are just that awesome. Of course there is one exception, isn’t there always? Some campaigns are extremely successful, and may cause that we run out of raw materials. We want to be perfect, but you know how it is. Hopefully we’re able to get more fast, but you will be noticed, and be given the opportunity to back out of the deal. Please note that we don’t give you any option to choose shipping method. It takes 5-14 business days, after your goods leave our warehouse.
How long will it take my order to get to my loving, waiting items?
We repeat: Once your order ships it will take 5 to 14 business days to arrive depending on where you call home. We’ll e-mail you a tracking number to track your order on Hongkong Post’s website http://app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp. Please note that your item must ship before anyone can track it and it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be ready.
What if I live across the pond?
Someone said that most people live in China, but that’s wrong – most people live outside China. International orders are shipped via SpeedPost with Hongkong Post as our local handling agent. If you don’t live in Latin America, Africa or Eastern Europe, you’re lucky, because you can expect the delivery time to be closer to 5 than 14 days. If you live in Latin America, Africa or Eastern Europe – please keep up the good mood and be patient.
What about taxes and VAT?
Our shipping costs don’t include Duty, Customs Adjustment or VAT. We would be happy to have it included for you, but it’s impossible for us to know what your government decides at all times. We’re sorry! Additional charges in VAT and duties may apply upon delivery of the product.
What if I entered my email address in wrong?
